Ms. Rau began her career with One on One Learning in 2009 as part of the Supplemental Educational Services team in Miami-Dade County Public Schools (MDCPS). A valued member of the One on One Learning family, she is now the Director of Programs overseeing Program Coordinators and the successful implementation of programs across the country. Ms. Rau is a graduate of Florida International University having earned her degree in Health Service Administration. She is fully committed to the growth of the company and ensuring that One on One Learning's prescribed academic programs help all students succeed, while providing the educational opportunities they deserve.
