Mrs. Landera has been an integral part of the One on One Learning team since 2010. During her tenure with the company, she has served in many capacities of the Title I Equitable Services/Non-Public School Programs with MDCPS, including Teacher Tutor, Assistant to the Director, Assessment Specialist, and currently as Program Coordinator. Ms. Landera is a Miami native who attended the University of Miami where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Endorsement. She has 3 years of teaching experience at the elementary school level and has first-hand knowledge of the challenges teachers face each day. Ms. Landera is very passionate about education and diversifying student needs. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and newborn son, Jordan.
